Description

INCLUSIONS:

  1. One-way Zipline Tour at Las Cabanas.
  2. Roundtrip transfer (Hotel – Las Cabanas – Hotel Only).

 

EXCLUSIONS:

  1. Meal (Lunch / Snacks).
  2. Anything that is not mentioned in the tour package and inclusions.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  1. Guest acceptance to take the Zipline tour is only until 5pm. Due to long queue at the Zipline waiting station, the guests must arrive at the waiting area not later than 3pm. No cancellation and refund for guests who are not accepted to take the tour due to late arrival. Exchange to other deal is on a case-to-case basis and subject to availability.
  2. Any deal and service not used during the tour due to bad or unfavorable weather conditions or for any valid causes beyond our control will not be refunded. For such cases, exchange to other deal is on a case-to-case basis and subject to availability.
  3. Milangrace Inn management will not be held liable if the group is unable to arrive due to flight cancellation or other valid cause beyond our control – such as but not limited to technical maintenance problem of the transportation, changes of flights by the airline, threat of terrorism, industrial dispute, natural disaster & bad or unfavorable weather conditions. No cancellation and refund.
  4. Guests who are left behind after the departure time are not eligible for a refund.
  5. Guest with additional people on the actual date of the tour will be charged the tour’s prevailing rate.

 

MILANGRACE INN GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

GUEST ARRIVAL:

  • Less Than 72 Hours: If the guest’s arrival time is within 72 hours from the time of booking, full payment via credit card is required to reserve online, otherwise Milangrace Inn management reserves the right to cancel any online reservation if full payment is not received immediately upon booking.

 

VAN TRANSFER:

  • Late Arrival: If there are any changes in the flight details, the guest is required to coordinate with our Frontdesk for proper arrangement of their transfer. If the guest failed to inform our Frontdesk, no amount will be refunded for guests who are left behind.
  • Early Arrival: If the guest arrived early than the agreed time, the guest must check with our Frontdesk for van transfer availability. In case there are no available transfer, the guest must wait on the original agreed transfer time.
  • El Nido Shuttle Terminal: Due to ongoing road widening works in El Nido streets, all passengers will be dropped-off at El Nido Shuttle Terminal until further notice. The guests are required to take a tricycle going to Milangrace Inn. The tricycle fare is on guest’s account.

 

CHILD POLICY:

  • Milangrace Inn Accommodation: 2 years old and below free of charge. 3 years old and above considered adult rate.
  • El Nido Tour: Infant (0-11 months) free of charge. 1 & 2 years old half rate. 3 years old and above considered adult rate.
  • Van Transfers: Infant (0-11 months) free of charge. 1 year old and above considered adult rate.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT & VALID ID:

  • Before checking-in, the guest is required to give a security deposit of Php 1,000 at the frontdesk along with a valid ID. The security deposit will be refunded in full if there are no damages, carelessness, negligence or abuse to the hotel’s property caused by the guest other than the normal wear and tear. Otherwise, the hotel management will charge the amount to the guest needed to remedy, repair, clean or replace the affected property.
    • Accepted ID’s:
      • Philippine Nationals –  Passport / Any government issued ID.
      • Other Nationalities – Passport only.

 

CANCELLATION:

16 days and above cancellation prior to the travel date:

  1. Downpayment: Should the client decide to cancel the reservation for whatever purpose it may serve them, the downpayment will not be refunded. It will serve as service fees for the services rendered in the coordination of the client’s reservation requests.
  2. Full Payment: Should the client decide to cancel the reservation for whatever purpose it may serve them, only 70% of the overall total cost will be refunded to the client. The 30% will serve as service fees for the services rendered in the coordination of the client’s reservation requests. The refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of request.
  3. In the event that the reason for cancellation is purely due to Milangrace Travel and Tours fault and no contributory factor from the client’s side, 100% of the payment made will be refunded to the client. Otherwise, only 50% out of the payment made will be refunded to the client. The refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of request.

15 days and below cancellation prior to the travel date:

  1. Should the client decide to cancel the reservation for whatever purpose it may serve them, no amount will be refunded to the client.
  2. In the event that the reason for cancellation is purely due to Milangrace Inn’s fault and no contributory factor from the client’s side, 100% of the payment made will be refunded to the client. Otherwise, only 50% out of the payment made will be refunded to the client. The refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of request.

 

GOVERNMENT MANDATED CHANGES:

  • Milangrace Inn and Milangrace Ticketing shall not be held liable for any planned or sudden changes in the rates and tour itinerary enforced by LTFRB, DOT & COASTGUARD affecting the guest’s bookings both current and future travel dates.

 

FORCE MAJEURE:

  • Milangrace Inn and Milangrace Ticketing shall not be liable for failure to comply with this agreement due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond the control of the management. Likewise, the Tour Operator / Travel Agency shall not be liable if the group is unable to arrive due to flight cancellations or other valid causes beyond their control.

 

AMENDMENT POLICY:

Upon confirmation of the booking, request to amend or modify the voucher is chargeable for a fee of Php 50 per person. To amend your booking, kindly contact us on the following contact details:
